About our PSG
At PSG@MFSS, we are committed to being a supportive partner by upholding the Mayflower Promise in our collaboration with the school. Through initiatives involving both parents and students, we strengthen the school-home partnership and contribute to a positive and cohesive community.
We seek to model respectful communication between parents and teachers, foster meaningful parent-child relationships, and encourage parents to actively support their children’s development. PSG@MFSS also serves as a bridge between parents and the school by providing constructive feedback and contributing our diverse expertise.
In recent years, we have expanded our efforts to engage parents more directly. Key initiatives include our School-PSG Engagement and Welcome Sessions, a parent-child communication talk conducted during the mid-year Parent-Teacher Meeting, and an online “5 Love Languages” workshop for parents.
To support students’ holistic development, we introduced “Fun Fridays”, offering opportunities to explore creative hobbies, and actively participate in the school’s Education and Career Guidance (ECG) Week by sharing career insights with students.
At PSG@MFSS, we grow together as one community, journeying alongside one another in our shared role as parents.
