Every Mayflowerian a Future-ready Mathematical Thinker

Our team aspires to influence your child with a passion for mathematics. Our teaching strategies focus on nurturing your child to be an avid problem solver. As your child matures, they become keen to take on challenges and persevere for life. We aim to mould your child to see Mathematics beyond secondary education, as a tool of logic that guides them for their future. We believe that your child matters and will always seek ways to engage them in teaching and learning.

The Team

Our Mathematics curriculum enactment aims to make every Mayflowerian think critically, adapt to ever-changing situations and be able to communicate their ideas effectively. We achieve this by introducing students to Mathematical concepts in real-world situations, novel contexts and even non-routine open-ended problems.

Our teachers embody the principle of life-long learning and are constantly undergoing various upgrading, either formally through workshops by the fraternity or informally via their weekly level meetings. We are proud to share that we had 2 submissions at the Teachers Conference and ExCEL Fest 2025. Our teacher, Mr Cheow, shared the Graph Grid Generator that he had created, a tool which is useful to many Mathematics teachers. Another team presented a workshop titled "Speak Good Mathematics” that unpacks the importance of and the strategies making a student an effective communicator in Mathematics.
