Students who are on MOE FAS, and are unable to afford a personal computing device and/or internet access, can apply to benefit from the affordances offered by the Neu-PC Plus programme. Alternatively, they can download a copy of the Neu-PC Plus application form, or approach the General Office or the ICT department.
